Portia and Vance are on the trail of Vance's father who is an evil warlock. They, along with their friends Shelley and Brad, track him down to Mexico where they discover he has even more evil plans. He has been stripping the power from other witches and warlocks and wants to capture Vance to strip his power too. Vance proposes to Portia and she accepts. Her parents are OK with it as long as they wait until she is 17 (yeah, right!). Teenage romantics will love it but my inner adult kept saying "no way!"
